Originally a small town girl from Plettenberg Bay, I grew up in my parents’ kitchen with cupboards piled high with cookbooks and food magazines. I am now Multi-Media Food Editor at Woolworths TASTE Magazine, as well as a Freelance Food stylist and recipe developer for many other food inspired projects.
As a Freelance food stylist, I have been exposed to many great opportunities and challenges while working across a wide range of publications and TV media, each one with its own unique style and target market.
My food philosophy is to transform ingredients that can be found in any food lover’s pantry into something beautiful. I believe in simplicity and preparing food that is not only delicious but easy and quick to make.
